Recovery Mode not allowing Factory Reset

Tue Mar 20, 2018 10:47 pm

Hello

I have a BV9000 Pro and the set-up wizard is continually crashing. I can get into Recovery Mode but it will not allow me to do a factory reset. The menu is in Chinese but I scroll down to the heading that contains the letters 'eMMC' and I select that. It then brings up something in Chinese and it is in a yellow coloured text and contains the word 'data' and has '...' at the end. This only stays on the screen for approximately one second and then the phone gives the following message in English: "eMMC is busy can't format, please retry". This message stays on the screen for approximately a second before it takes me back to the original menu.

Also I'm not sure if I am putting the Nano SIM in the correct slot in the tray or if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions that you are able to offer.
