Hello, i hope i get answer here where i can find spare parts for all Blackview Phones.

In my case i would like to know where i get spare parts for the

BV6000
Bv8000PRO
BV9000PRO

would be good , if the Blackview team could make a separate post here.

BV6000 display i get from Blackview Support
BV8000Pro the damaged USB-connector i get ordered from Aliexpress, the back with a new loudspeaker as well.

But for the BV9000pro i need a new battery and a new Display.

I use "rugged" phones to the limit, i work on Windcraft and Blackview may need making a better one for my use.....smile.Double Rugged phone type "James Bond"???hahaha

I send a message to Fanny Liu and hope she will send it to me, as i wished it.So long i am quiet happy with the Service.Only the mobiles could be tested before they leave.The Battery i think is not the 4180mAh, or the Hardware did not response the Battery.It was empty after a half Day.As i tought, because the big Display need energy.

I opened My BV9000 Pro and the battery label mentions 4180 mAh. The problem, it empties in less than 20 hours even in standby. "Admin" must contact the developers. The battery is of poor quality.
