Good evening from me as well.
I want to convey my own experience, as I have addressed the same problem, in my own Blackview BV9000Pro.
Looking for information on the internet, I found a google article, I followed it and so far, the problem was resolved.
Trouble, these are the following ...
1) We do downgreat the Gmail program.
2) In the phone's settings, we find our applications, Gmail application and delete the data & cache.
3) Revert to the factory settings of the phone.
4) Install all phone updates.
5) Greate your new Gmail account.
So far, I have NOT created a similar problem again.
