[Solved] Play Store"Device not certified by google"

Hi,
I have just recieved the BV9000pro.
I am unable to access Google Play Store due to this error message.
"Device is not certified by google"
Is this something that can be rectified by an update, or does the unit need returning the vendor?

This can be solved by a simple Firmware update Over the Air (Wifi)
