A7 not charging

I have only had my phone a year and already it has stopped charging properly, and I am not happy. I have reset the phone, cleaned the charging receptor, tried different cabel and charge on A/C not USB. It won't charge pass 50%. I know it's a cheap phone, and I ignore most of the software and firmware glitches (like the terrible keyboard recognition which causes constant misspelling and doubles the typing time), but even my son's non-smart cellphone charges.
