Lost PIN number to log in

Hi there,
 
Recently, I bought a Blackview A7 smart phone.I set it all up. Unfortunately, I then lost the PIN number I chose to log in (long story). Is there any possibility to obtain a PUK (?) number to unlock the phone again? If yes, what is the process to obtain this number?
 
Your help would be much appreciated.

Are you talking about the SIM PIN or the phone PIN?

Can't you unlock it with fingerprint?
