Since last night my A7 pro cannot find my wifi even though my other phones and tablet can. I have tried to go in the wifi settings but the phone just doesnt respond when i click on it. so I have tried to factory reset it and it just doesnt do it either, i tried with lock and volume button but all I get is the android symbol and No Command. What should I do ? It is sad as everything else on the phone works fine.

You can perform a factory reset also from the settings menu. Go to Settings -> Backup -> Factory reset.
