Missing Users Option Under Settings

Hi guys. I have a Blackview A7 Pro, and i was setting it up for my mother and sister. I am looking for a multiple users account, but when i went to settings---> device the Users option literally disappeared while i was watching it. The phone is running Android 7.0
How do i set it up? Do i need to do something first? Am I missing something?
