got my a7 pro about 1 week ago, it keeps shutting down when in my pocket. I tested the power button and that restarts it not shuts it down. when the screen is o or it is on charge there are no issues. the battery can be at any level, like today it was at 98%. I have been looking for a solution but no luck. any ideas???? thanks in advance

It looks like an huge hardware fault. I suggest you to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty.

I have found the fault. It seems if you hold the power and up button it will shut down and not restart.
