No cell service

I just received my new A7 Pro that I purchased from Blackview during last month's sale. It will not connect to my AT&T network. It shows the sim is in slot 1 or slot 2, whichever I put it in. I contacted AT&T and received a new sim card, and confirmed that the sim card works by inserting it into another phone and made & received phone calls with that sim card. The phone has been rebooted and factor reset. I need to know if there is something I can do on my end or if it needs to be returned.

Unfortunately it looks like an hardware fault or a phone band incompatibility in your country.
I suggest to send it back to your seller.

I have been patiently trying to work with Blackview on this, as I bought it from the official blackview store on Aliexpress. . After supplying them 3 times with the YouTube link of a video that they requested I make showing the problem, they now state the link doesn't work. I was under the impression that YouTube was blocked by the Chinese government, and therefore the link wont work. This is taking too long as it takes 24hrs for each response.

Yeah, it may be possibile.

I have officially lost all confidence in black view I recently purchased the BV 8000 pro last fall and have loved the phone which prompted me to buy the A 7 pro for my daughter this phone has never worked since it arrived and trying to deal with black view tech support through aliexpress has been missing it takes 24 to 48 hours for every response by email they simply choose to answer my emails at the end of the day which then causes even though I respond immediately another 24 to 48 hours for a response they have yet to admit that the phone doesn't work. Stay away from black view and aliexpress.com I bought a phone from blackview that made me go through Aliexpress. the phone didn't work, blackview had no response Aliexfresh then forced me to take it 30% refund. thank you for nothing.

Unfortunately this is how Aliexpress works.
A total refund but you'll have to send item back, or a partial refund and keeping the item. It is nothing new.

You can buy Blackview phones also on other platforms, like Amazon.
