I would like to disable the blackview sound when i stop , start or restart my a7pro.
No option present in "parameter / sounds" menu to do that.
What is the solution ?

Just put your device in silenced/vibration mode and switch it off.
When you'll switch it on again, the starting jingle will be muted.

That doesn't work it still plays the damn irritating startup tune, and even if it did that's not a solution. I can't believe there's no way to turn that off without having to go to the lengths of having to root your phone and risk bricking it, really dumb. This is also something I cannot do at the moment because I am using Linux not Windows - the firmware flashing tools are for Windows. Nor do I have the time for all that faff right now it's a waste of my time.

Thanks for the reply. If they're aware of the issue does that mean there's soon going to be an update to fully disable the irritating startup tune, and if so when? Or rather fixing it so it shuts it up in silent/vibrate mode. Cheers.

Yeah, soon an update will be released, but not ETA at the moment.
