Being testing skype calls on the headset, and when doing calls from the device to an ipad, they can’t hear me half of my sentences. If they put the volume quite low seems improving. I saw in other forums increasing gain on manufacturer settings helps, but the menu is different on the device. Sole purpose of buying this phone is for my dad to use skype, seems i will have to return it. Shame is a nice device for the price.

To start with, i suggest to update your device to the latest firmware version and perform a factory reset after that.
