Taking back off A7 Pro

Tue Feb 20, 2018 2:46 pm

Can someone please tell me how to get the back off so that I can remove the sticker from the battery contacts please. There is no manual and the only virtually useless instructions in the box is to 'open the back cover'....HOW would be nice to know. I have spent over an hour trying to work it out and the official website is almost as useless as the tiny piece of paper which comes in a tiny box along with a ridiculously tiny charging cable. I am really hoping that I will be pleasantly surprised once I finally get up and running. This is such a disappointment as I was really impressed by it's looks and nice durable feel when I first took it out of the box 1 and a half hours ago.

I guess this problem is solved by now. But for further issues like this: if you look at the back of the phone, there is a small gap at the left side. If you look at the screen it is on the right, just beneath the smart keys. Stick your fingernail in it and loosen the back cover, it is just clipped on. You also can try any other place of the line between back cover and phone, if it is very hard to loosen it at the gap.
