Bluetooth and Wi-fi issues

Hallo, I have received yesterday a new A7 Pro.
I have not yet flashed it with the new ROM, because I don't want problems with warranty.
I can't get bluetooth to work. The phone never see another device and other devices doesn't see the phone.
I also have plenty of problems with wi-fi, the connection is not stable and often has "authentication" problems (even if the password is stored and is correct). The connection goes into a "suspended" status which could be restored only by a reboot.
Could these be hardware problems? Should I ask for a sobstitution or maybe the new ROM resolves these issues?
