I have an A7pro and after removing the battery (to insert the second sim) get told "password required after restart" I haven't set the password.

Tried Factory reset but when I get to the android robot where it says No Command, I hold vol+ and power and nothing happens except eventually it turns off. I never get any options to choose from.

Once i got a screen full of chinese but I can't get it again, it just turns off.

Did you update your device by flashing or by OTA update?

Did you perform a factory reset after the update?
