I bought this BlackView A7 Pro around 1 year ago on AMAZONE.

Was ok until few weeks.

Now :
1) the battery discharge abnormally:
It goes from 100% loaded to shutdown due to low batterie in 10seconds
Please see the attach file, I scrennshot the battery curve discharge
--> blue curve on the left side is deep

I observed this several times.

2) Difficulty to load (remains 1% for a long time although written loader is connected)


Is there any warranty that I could still benefit ?

If this can't solve your issue, feel free to contact Amazon to claim your repair/refund/replacement under warranty
