Hi,
I have an A7pro with android's version 7.0. That is about 3 months old.
Two days ago, my fingerprint sensor suddenly stopped working at the end of the day.
I noticed this right away since it usually always vibrated whenever I touched it.
I went to the settings and the fingerprint options were nowhere to be seen in the settings.
I tried restart my phone half of a dozen of times, I've tried draining my battery completely, to no avail.
There's no trace of the sensor, and no downloaded app is allowed to use it "since it doesn't exist " or "is already being used by another app".
I don't know what else I can do, the sensor in the back of the phone is burning hot all the time. Whether I'm using my phone or not doesn't matter.
There's no new wireless updates, and my phone is up to date in every thing else.
Can you guys please help me,
I'm kinda scared my phone will explode because of the freaking hot sensor that doesn't work.

Hi there. unfortunatel it looks like a bad hardware fault. Please contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty. Before shipping it back to your seller, please let it totally discharge.
