BV 4000 Rom Not Stable, Sim Slot Not Working.

I Have BV4000 I Use it for just 3weeks i then start to notice how slow the phone process,It Takes More than 30 MINUTES To BOOT UP. in addition the SYSTEM UI Keeps crashing and Google Services With Lot of other System File. And Also The SIM SLOTS Stopped Picking Up. HELP Thanks.

Hi there!
Your device looks faulty, this is not a normal behaviour. Please contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty.
