Good morning,

I ahve bought for my job, 5 BV4000 Pro at Geekbuying.com . We have well received them.

They will be used in our warehouse in order to take photos of non compliance products.

So, I need to make a backup of the whole rom before deploying these phones. And on one of them I did the mistake to put a recovery on it in order to do this backup fogeting by the same way that now the partitions are encrypted.

Could you please helping me by sending me a link in order to download the full rom and telling me what is the prefered version of SP Flash tool to use.
I really hope you will be able to help me, I have no other solution.

Well, quite a lot of time has passed, the pro version has been out for months. I think it would be time for 4000 pro roms and tech forums to be out. I am looking for rom to download but cannot find or ask for help anywhere. Hurry up please

a lot of users bv4000pro mistakenly installed a firmware from bv4000
and now they have dead phones .. why is there still no firmware for bv4000pro?
