Blackview s8 touch screen problem

Hi! I have blackview s8 from philippines. I've encountered some problems using it. But it resolved when i did a custom rom flashing. After flashing it became new as i bought it but the screen shows a problem. Sometimes touch screen doesn't response. But when I use the volume up and down the icon moves. Still screen is not responding. After 5-10 minutes the touch screen reponded. And works fine. But the situations always repeat. What do you think is the problem? Do I need to change a new LCD+touchscreen?
