s8 dead not charging only red led is on

Hello, Sir/Madam

I have a problem. My phone dont open and when i put it for charging  there is only red led.

Could you please help???

hi there!

It looks like a bad hardware fault, i reccomend you to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.
