Hi there!
I suggest to go to a generic phone repair center, and let it's staff open your phone and charge the battery with an external power supply.

Tried to reboot but without results, sent to service for external recharging battery. Guys who work with a lot of different types of phones couldnt do anything with phone.

What to do with phone?? Send it back to Blackview? Ahhhhh, so dissapointed, so so....

In this case you'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty. Unfortunately there's nothing more you can do.
