Question to the manufacturer!

Why there is no ex-post support Device update. The manufacturer does not deal with older phones.
This is a bad reputation for the manufacturer.

There's open issues not fixed that makes the smart phone unusable...
No ETA or plan to a firmware update, basically there's no support, deal with it and next time stay away from this brand.

i like s8 but will be another manufacturer of the next device. where there is device support.

Announces such updates officially ?? For me, V1.0-20171102. you will not find any fresher.But somewhere I saw this
