Please help me out.

I´ve purchased the S8 version 2 months ago. I had settle the fingerprint option all up.

Yesterday, this option simply desappeared. I reset my options (sadly) but I couldn´t find the fingerprint option again.

Could you please fix it ?

Did you try a proper factory reset to put your device in factory state?

I´ve updated Android yesterday and the fingerprint option is back.

Now, I try to register my fingerprint but the mobile doesn´t read (any) fingerprints.

I have reseted my phone..
I have updated the operational system..
The fingerprint option reappeared, but with didn´t recognize my fingerprint while trying to setup again,
And now the fingerprint option vanished again.

PLEASE FIX IT ONCE AND FOR ALL !

Will send a fix request to the tech team!

What is going on ?
Not only the fingerprint option desappeared, now my phone has been reseted suddenly and I post all my data over again.
Please replace it for another onde or give my money back.

For that, you'll have to contact your seller.

But the seller is the only one that honouring warranty terms can give you your money back or another working device...

I have the dame problemi bit i don't know how to resolve it . The phone after upgrade don't read fingerprint . I tried to reset (with hard reset ) it twice but the problem does not change. Please help me I do not know how to fix it .
