I bought a S8 in the last month of January and since than I have some bad issues with the phone.

1- The phone without any reason restarts one or two times a day.
2- Most of the apps stop working and some times when this happen the phone restarts by itself.
3- I did a factory reset but the problem remains.
4- The version that I have in the phone is S8_Blackview_V1.0_20171102

I don’t know what to do about this. Right now the phone it’s very unstable.

I have the same problem with my blackview s8 after the firmware its now blacked out

I bought this great device blackview s8 about 3weeks ago it started restarting on it's own initially I thought it was normal thing. After about a week it continued with the restarting. So on Sunday 06/05/2018 the phone went dead no power no no recharging completely dead till now 09/05/2018. Please admin what is the way out??? Right now I don't have any phone now.

I´m sending you some screenshots of the failures on my S8. It happens several times and I have to restart the phone. Has I told you,in other times the S8 blocks and restarts by it self.

We are working on it, but we need some time.
in the mean time a factory reset may help.

same problem here. The phone keeps rebooting and the apps crash...

I did a factory reset and even a firmware flash but still the same issue. the phone is 2weeks old -.-

Any fix out yet?
