I have reviewed many forums to see how to enable the bands and make this beautiful team is functional to me with all its characteristics and I refuse to think that I can only use it as a Wi-Fi device. Please your support so that we can achieve that in some update, allow us to have access to the engineer mode and activate the bands that are required for our country, since I do not believe that it is the only one that has suffered this mishap.

Sorry but you can't enable different bands via engineer mode.
In the same way, we can't add different bands via firmware updates.
I suggest to return your device to your seller.
