The wifi connection on this phone isn't good since I turned on at the first time. Today the wifi begin to disconnecting and connecting all the time. I am just using the 4G connection, it's impossible use the wifi connection and I search in the internet about that and discorver that it's a commom problem in this phone. Has no solution in anywhere. I will put this cellphone in the trash and bought a new that works.

have you tried to enter the factory mode to reset your phone?

My firmware is updated, S8_Blackview_V1.0_20171102(1201), in accordance with the latest version of firmware.
I already try reset the phone to factory mode, but it isn't work.
