Blackview do not do support, if your phone has a problem you simply lost your money! 
I sent email ([font=-apple-system, Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, sans-serif]service@blackview.hk), write and call on Skype, fill formfrom site  and mp to blackview_admin   but I never received answer![/font]
I bought 360 Euro of bv9600pro and now is garbage! 
The shop who sell me the phone tell me that I have to contact blackview by myself but no body answer.

blackview is a mistake
