What's the difference between the BV9500 and the BV9500 Pro?
The BV9500 Pro comes with 6GB Ram / 128GB Rom and a removable antenna, wich enables the interphone/walkie talkie function (works on 400-470 frequencies, for 350-390 should be requested from customized requirement). The BV9500 comes with 4GB Ram / 64GB Rom and lacks the walkie talkie support.

No, it can't be adjusted.

i have a problem with the BV9500, when i go outdoor to other state with no 4G coverage the phone automatic change to 3G band and i can't receive any call or data from 3G band , i have to manually go to network menu and change the prefer band to 3G to enable to receive call and data .Same when i get back home the phone still stuck with 3G band and i have to manually change it to 4G to receive call and data.In the network menu there is no selection for automatic select ,only 4G ,3G and 2G and i have to force to select only one of them,please fixed the problem, other than that the BV9500 is a good phone everything work perfectly.

Does BV9500 have VoLTE and DSDV feature?
Those make BV9500 perfect. Appreciate software update.
BTW, BV9500 does not have engineering mode which is useful to know LTE configuration. Hope it coulde be added in future.

VoLTE is supported by the device, but it has to be supported also by the phone carrier. DSDV unfortunately isn't supported.
