After it froze while watching youtube I pressed the power button once and the screen went black and after that I can't do anything.
No matter how long I press and hold the power button, nothing happens and the screen is still black. I have no way of knowing if the phone is on or off as it is now.
If I connect the power cable the red charging light comes on and if I press and hold the power button the light will flash once after a few seconds but after that nothing.
My guess is that the phone is bricked somehow and there is nothing for me to do since I can't remove the battery without voiding the warranty.
Who do I contact about returning the phone for repairs? It was purchased directly from Blackview.hk so there is no middle hand to send it to and so far they haven't returned my emails.
The only once that answered me was Blackview.co.za but since they only do support in South Africa, I'm back at square one.
Where do I as a person living in Sweden turn to get it repaired?
First, try to perform a factory reset from recovery mode:

If this doesn't solve your issue, please contact the Blackview indiegogo page to get all the infos about how to get your phone replaced/repaired under warranty.
As I wrote, it doesn't matter what I do or how long I press and hold the power button, nothing happens. The phone doesn't restart, shut down or anything, the screen is black. So no chance of performing a factory reset.
I have tried contacting Blackview through Indiegogo, no answer. From what I have read, people have a hard time getting any kind of answer from Blackview hence why I came here, to try and get an answer on one of their platforms.
There is no information in their backing site on Indiegogo about returning the phone for repairs or anything. Isn't the Indiegogo campaign done by Blackview.hk anyway? That's where the emails are sent anyway, so I should just have to contact Blackview.hk directly and get help I presume?
How come Blackview.hk doesn't have a ticket system like they have on the Blackview site for South Africa? Aren't they the same company except for just different areas?
I just want to be able to send my phone in and get it repaired or replaced, but from the looks of it, it will be far into the future before I will be able to send it.
Please contact kelly@blackview.hk and serena@blackview.hk
They will take care of you
