Hi! just bought two of A7 blue. One for my nontech friend and one for my old mother. She's using only calls and sms sometimes. The phone works nice for the low end. Facebook, Messenger and other basic things are ok. The only problem i found is sound quality on Messenger like on few other Blackview phones, P2 Lite for example.

have you already try to perform a factory reset?
