I have ported TWRP 3.0.0 for the BV8000
Unfortunately Data decryption is still not working
But USB OTG is working and you can also transfer files (thru usb) directly to the SD card in recovery mode
This is the version with TWRP standard look

....and obivously this can't be official supported.
It may void your warranty and expose your privacy.

And of course i'm not responsable if something goes wrong, take a recovery before doing anything...
This is TWRP 3.3.0-0 not TWRP 3.0.0

I've reinstalled 3.1.1 and I found the same partition table:
- Cache
- Data
- nvcfg
- nvdata
- protect_f
- protect_s
- System
- Micro SD card
- USB OTG
The only difference i found is that mine is in alphabetical order... Could give me more information about your request ?

It was during my testing of Android 8 image. I can't exactly remember what was missing, sorry. Other issue was problems with md-crypt, but that happens for both 3.1.1 and 3.3.0
