[SOLVED] stucked at the blackview logo like in phone powering on after install update

Hi,
I have bv8000 pro,
I used him but stucked at one of the early 2017 firmwares,
I saw in a topic that there is a new firmware (BV8000Pro_blackview_2018062921) with android 8.0,
I download it to my phone and used the local update method to install it,
after that the phone install it and then powered off and powered on again,
But now the phone is stucked at the blackview logo like in phone powering on,
What can I do?
The installation dosent finished completely? The file was defective? other problem? what?
note:
My phone was in 90% battery
