[SOLVED] Updating
Are all the updates available in room. Folder obtanable by OTA for black view bv8000, so do they push all those updates there bon the page ota or does it have to be used and obtained through local update only

All the updates posted here on the room download page, are these all available through OTA, or do I need to go through and download and install every single one when I receive my bv 8000 pro

All the firmware versions posted on the ROM download page also exist in OTA versions, but remember that OTA updates don't reach every user and every user at the same time.
Updates are cumulative: this means that the latest firmware version also carries fixes form the previous versions.
Remember, as posted in such page, that LOCAL UPDATE IS NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT: it means that ROM files you can download are ONLY FOR FLASHING.

My last update is 20170803...why can't u guys just push the latest update to me via ota ..... Saying they are available at different times means nothing when I haven't received anything to update this device since August of 2017, this is may 2018 that is 8 months behind the latest update .....can u push an update to an imei ....very disappointing I am this far behind what can I do ...if I try to flash and fail I am out 300 dollars and a phone what can I do

I find very weird that you didn't get ANY ota update since August 2017.
Can you please try to factory resert your device, enable a stable wifi connection and try again?

Did factory reset and did nothing still says no update available please see attached attached to pictures
