Hi,
I flashed my mobile with latest ROM (20171221_s21v57c2k_jk_fsm) using Flash Tool (with Download & Format + Download options).Everything went well but mobile is stuck at Blackview & android mobile logo with the Red notification led blinking all the time.
It is restarting always but not booting.Tried all key combinations.
Not even booting to Recovery Mode.

Pls help.

1) Latest ROM is 20180124, not 20171221.

2) This issue happened because you didn't follow our flashing tutorial neither use correct files versions.
Please flash your device again with the latest ROM stricly following our tutorial and using only files versions stated in such tutorial.

The one stated in the tutorial: SP MDT v3.1712

Everything done/completed successfully as per the tutorial. Attached screenshot of "DL OK" & also "PASS" but,still only Red LED is blinking. Not booting. Stuck at Blackview & powered by android logo.

If flashing can't solve the issue, neither recovery mode is working, unfortunately there's nothing more i can do to help you.
The only solution will be contacting your seller to have your device replaced.

You did not followed the tutorial as it was described previously. Its strictly stated that "Never use format+download option you should always use firmware update option. Am afraid you have formated all the partitions thats why phone gets stuck at boot. Try to install some custom rom and check if it works. Custom Rom you can find on 4pda i think.

Actually, I have tried flashing ROM in normal mode as per tutorial but it's not working. That's why I tried flashing in "Format + Download All" mode. I'll try with Custom ROM & shall update you.
