[SOLVED] UNABLE TO CONCLUDE WIRELESS UPDATE

Please i just purchase a BV8000pro 2 days ago. There is a wireless update 20170803_20171114-1146 available which was downloaded but the update will not install after download.

kindly assist with solution to this issue.

Perform a factory reset, charge your device at least at 50% and try again ;)
Remember to perform a factory reset (again!) after the update!
