Details for firmware updates

Hi,
Just a suggestion, when there's an update - put a few details in about what it fixes/adds or removes.
An example, I updated to the BV8000Pro_blackview_20171219 via the flash method as the OTA did not work, on the link it has, as a description:
Fixed the battery drain issue wich plagued some users, added face recognition and an option to disable the PTT/SOS key.
On the next smaller update (OTA only) it just says minor bug fix. This doesn't give me enough information to make a choice of whether or not I should install it. I looked for the info on this forum and can find no information about this update - what does it fix? I am reluctant to just update for the sake of it, especially when 20171219 has made a massive difference to the battery life and stopped the phone from rebooting randomly...
