Everytime after a full download I press 'update now'. It tries to unpack bit everytime i get the message:

Installation failed
Package failed.
Please check update and download again

Ive tried factory reset 3 times but I still get this message.

Please help

Try to start the update while your phone battery level is at least at 70%.
If it doesn't work, you'll have to flash it manually.

Remember to perform a factory reset after the update!

I had the same problems for months. Found out it worked flawlessly when I removed all cards from the phone. So if you have a memory card in the back, open the cover and remove it before you do the updates. Might just help !!
