I don't have this problem (Clean flash with PC, not OTA)

Check your sound settings (additional sound settings -> Vibrate on press)

Finally got sptool working, flashed 20170814 and still no vibrate.

OK, had to factory reset/wipe after installing latest update. That cured whiteout problem, BUT:
1. Fingerprint scanner much less responsive now
2. Ability to manually focus camera in FV5 has disappeared, and latest update has not cured blurry autofocus problem so what was a temporary workaround has disappeared.

My phone worked better under 0718 update....is there a way to roll back?

I cannot apply this update:

1. OTA is not getting it - it says the device is up to date - 20170804
2. Local update is not working - I loaded the file from the SD card but after the update the version stays the same.
3. Developer Mode is not working so I cannot enable USB debugging and cannot use SP Flash tool at all

Any suggestions?
