i have the problem that i have still Version 20180124-1443 and OTA does not find any update to 20180308.

Bluetooth does not work correctly on my phone... it disconnects every 2 Minutes and can not connect to every Devices...
How do i fix that issue? Or when will Android 8.0 come?

As stated many times, OTA updates don't reach every user at the same time (or every user globally). Flashing would be the solution in this case.
