A crashing laptop isn't the best device to perform a firmware update. I definitely suggest you to use a stable PC or the flashing procedure may have unexpected and bad result, included bricking your bv8000pro.

Less than a minute.

so I have another problem . over 600 s meaning more than 10 minutes without percentage done.

Is the flashing procedure going?

nope , unfortunately nothing is happening ;(
did all things right and followed all procedures

The same happened to me with no done message, but when I restarted the phone the process was effectively done.

Nothing came up updated I am afraid ;(

If the procedure is not starting ,it means drivers are not installed correctly. Simply turn off your phone and connect it with a laptop or pc using original cable then select my computer or this pc Icon on your computer's desktop, right click and choose device manager , disconnect the phone and reconnect .check if vcom driver is shown or not. If not install the drivers again.
