I have recently received my BV8000 Pro and did the updates as informed.
On the second update, my phone was dead with a grey and then black screen.
Fortunately I was able to do a factory reset. 
The problem is my screen goes light and then dark.
The photos in 16MP and the video quality are terrible. I have speaker volume problems on calls where the people can hardly hear me.
I did not have these problems with my BV7000PRO.
You have promised to help with a "Tutorial for flashing ROM's".
Please assist as I do not want to "Brick" my phone, as I want to install the updates that you have provided.
