"bv8000 pro Problem" turns on but no display, only sound and the touchscreen works

hi.. can you give me suggestions to fix the bv8000 pro that i bought 2018 ?
when I turn on the phone there is only a boot sound, but the screen doesn't display a logo or anything until the boot process is complete.
After booting is complete, I touch the home / back menu on the screen, the menu works and vibrates, but there is no display at all.
I bought a set of LCD, touchscreen, frame and tried to replace it, but still no display
Please help me
