Bricked BV8000 PRO

Hi. Í need help. My tell das working fine i das 15% battery and suddenly even í pressed Power to call never get display on again.
I tried buttons but it is like bricked.
I tries using the charger and the sane happened.
The issue is the same that this video shows using power cable

I live in Argentina and no blackview service jere
Tell me how to solve it

i add MTK 67XX drivers in my PC but USB doesnt detect the device even with battery connected or without battery.when  plugging USB cable pressing Vol * or Vol-. 
No way to detect the phone in device manager
iI need it detected in order to flash it

can you show me where is TP KCOL0 in mobo  in order to ground it to be detected

I did but they never reply. I need to know test points locations on board to run Emergency Download Mode.
Can you tell me the locations?
