Hi! I can't start or restore my Blackview BV8000Pro phone!
It doesn't respond to the reset mechanisms, key on + vol min or vol max, when doing this it turns on a red light but then it doesn't turn on
I was using it to watch a movie on Netflix and it fell from a height of <1m onto a soft floor, image was frozen, and I tried to restart it... but never again respond! It is only a Black screen with this red led light in front!
Is there a mechanical way to restart it? By disarming it?
I live in Patagonia, Argentina, and there are no technicians working with Blackview... it's very unusual this cellphone.
I have it since May 2018 and it is in very good condition, due to its rusticity, it should not break!
I need help Administrator!!!

If it can't work, maybe it need repaire.
