Since a week or so, my phone (6months old..) is blocked in a kind of fastreboot mode, black screen and Chinese menu. I tried all the manipulation recommended by the seller but nothing happened, I believe I might have to reinstall the ROM but have no idea how to do it (the phone is only recognised as "Android" by my laptop).
