My Bv 8000 pro sound works fine when I activate the speaker on phone calls but the speaker is not working for social media and youtube. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Did you try to turn up the phone sound buttons when you play the youtube video?
Phone media and the call speaker sound is been control from different way.
