Hello, I have a problem with my bv8000pro.
I bought the phone used.from the start the phone never worked if the mobile data is set on 4g I can't make or receive a call or sms. Only if I set the data on 2g. The calling works. I tried several factory resets. I tried different SIM cards. It doesn't matter if I change the SIM slots.I tried different settings on the phone. Nothing work's. Mabe somebody out there had a similar experience, or an idea what more I can try (except buying a new phone).
