PIN screen access code incorrect

Dear Sirs:
Please help me to resolve the following problem:
1.- I have purchased a Blackview BV8000 Pro mobile one year ago. Until last saturday morning it worked well.
2.- My phone has the screen access code enable. I normally use finger print access and every once in a while it also prompt me for the PIN screen code.
3.- Suddenly, last saturday afternoon my usual PIN didn't work and I can no longer access my phone.
4.- This had been working good for one year prior to last saturday afternoon.
With this situation explained, please help me to resolve this situation, that is:
1.- Is theres any way to access my phone without doing a reset to my phone? I mean, if there is anyway to change remotely the PIN code of my phone.
