Headphone Jack damaged

Wed May 08, 2019 4:53 pm

Hi there,

I bought a BV8000 Pro a while ago and sometimes when I'm listening to music at work with headphones, I accidentially rip out the cable off the phone. After a few times, it became defective, resulting in a loose connection or the phone doesn't recognize the headphones and it's gotten worse.

Is it possible to replace that part?

Hi there! I highly recommend you to buy bluetooth headphones. No more ripped cables, and definitely more comfortable.

I personaly use these: https://it.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20190508090934&SearchText=QCY+QY19+

Thank you for your time and reply. I'm already using a Bluetooth headset at work, but the phone is also used in my car with a cassette adapter. I tried a Bluetooth cassette, but it sounded awful, plus it wasn't able to load its battery while playing.

What about using a device wich converts your bluetooth audio stream into a fake radio station? Then just tune your car's radio to such fake radio station and.....done! :)

Well, from your answers so far I assume, it's not possible to replace the audio jack?
